I’m Yanet Perez Sori, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). I specialize in Transitional Care Management, Long-Term Care, and Chronic Care Management, with a focus on Family Practice. Originally from Cuba, I embarked on my medical journey, which laid the groundwork for my passion in the medical field and honed my skills in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
Pursuing further education in the United States, I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University. This achievement expanded my clinical expertise and reinforced my commitment to high-quality care and patient-centric approaches in various healthcare settings.
Outside of my professional life, I deeply appreciate the simple pleasures in life. Watching movies and going to the beach are two of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. Most importantly, I cherish the time spent with my family, as it reminds me of the core values of love, support, and compassion, which I strive to incorporate into my practice.
