Get to Know Me
Dr. Manoharan was born in India and moved to Chicago with her mother, father, and brother when she was 10 years old and has been blessed to be able to visit India every few years to see her extended family during summer breaks.
Dr. Manoharan attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She went on to obtain her Medical Degree from International American University, as well as her Master’s in Health Sciences at St Francis University. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at West Suburban Hospital.
Dr. Manoharan joined Pioneer Medical Group immediately after residency, and has been enjoying the last 5 years of work at Advent Health North Pinellas, and serving as the Vice Chief of Medicine for the past year.
Dr. Manoharan loves to spend time with her family, her German Shephard dog Scottie, friends and her wonderful husband, who she met on her first day of College. Dr. Manoharan truly enjoys traveling, learning about other cultures, sharing and taking in breathtaking views wherever she travels. It would be impossible to say you know Dr. Manoharan without knowing about her love for Harry Potter and The Office.
