Salary: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Overview:
The Site Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality patient care. As a leader in the organization, you will manage staff, enhance operational processes, and work closely with leadership to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Staff Management: Guide and support the medical facility staff, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
  • Onboarding & Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new medical staff, ensuring a seamless integration with the team and offering continued support as needed.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with medical staff, medical directors, and executive leadership to synchronize operational goals with organizational priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and streamline processes to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Scheduling & Staffing: Assist in managing the schedules for the medical staff, ensuring that staffing ratios align with company standards and patient needs.
  • On-Site Visits & Engagement: Conduct weekly visits to assigned facilities, including provider shadowing, committee meetings, and connecting with the medical team on ongoing initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate site visits for prospective providers, ensuring an outstanding experience and representing the company’s values.
  • Admin On-Call Support: Participate in the on-call admin rotation to address any unexpected staffing changes in accordance with company policies.
  • Meetings & Coordination: Attend and contribute to team meetings and joint operations committees (JOCs), supporting technological setups and facilitating collaboration.
  • Administrative Oversight: Address and escalate administrative issues in a timely manner, including behavioral concerns when necessary.
  • Co-Management Program Development: Lead and support strategies for patient co-management programs across the assigned facilities.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations management within a group practice or health system environment.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to work independently with initiative and a proactive mindset.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to lead and train staff effectively.
    • Process-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Management or Health Administration.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model, with a mix of office and on-site facility work.
  • Travel: 60%
