Get to Know Me
Hello, I’m Farah Lazarre, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Nocturnist care. I obtained my master’s degree in nursing from Keiser University and completed my bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida A&M University.
My healthcare journey began at the Indian Family Health Clinic (IFHC), where I served as the Clinical Director and Nurse Practitioner. I gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive healthcare to diverse populations. Additionally, I worked as an Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner at Fort Belknap Indian Health Services.
When I’m not working, my family and I love to travel and explore new places. We enjoy hiking and discovering native ruins and architectural wonders. In my free time, I find solace in reading and relaxing at the beach.
