General Summary:
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day operations of the People Operations department by facilitating HR functions, including corporate recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance and audits, and performance management. This role ensures HR practices align with organizational goals, healthcare regulations, and employee engagement priorities. The HR Generalist shall report to the Chief People Officer (CPO).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in full-cycle corporate recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
· Work with CPO to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
· Maintain employee records and ensure payroll and HR systems are accurate and up to date.
· Support CPO with employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and investigations.
· Assist in benefits administration, including open enrollment, eligibility tracking, and new employee education and enrollment, and ongoing employee questions.
· Facilitate performance review cycles and assist with scheduling and tracking of evaluations.
· Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
· Support the CPO in coordinating HR training sessions and new hire orientations.
· Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
· Generate HR metrics and reports as needed.
· All other tasks as assigned.

Education/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· PHR certification preferred.
· 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
· Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, ADP experience is a plus.
Working Conditions:
· Hybrid work occurs both in the office and remotely.
· Fast-paced environment with interaction across clinical and administrative teams.
· May involve occasional travel to healthcare facilities.
· Regular physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
· Occasional need to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
