Pioneer Medical Group is one of the leaders in the Tampa Bay Area hospitalist movement. Pioneer brings state of the art and evidenced based medicine to Hospitals and Post Transitional facilities in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Highlands, Marion and Pasco Counties. We are a Florida based hospitalist group founded by a team of physicians.

Our positions include the following details:
- Shift hours: 7am-7pm with flexibility
- Flexible Schedules available
- No procedures required
- No codes
- No night shift
- Occasional (1-2 per month from home) backup night call for Advanced Practice Practitioners
- Graduated residents encouraged to apply
- APPs with 1-2 years of experience
- Opportunity to join a collaborative work environment
