About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our team at AdventHealth Kissimmee. This is a true nocturnist position with no day or swing shifts, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $335,000
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7a–7p)
- Admissions: 10–14 per shift (on average)
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for extra income
- RVU + Quality Incentives paid monthly
- Sign-On bonus available

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Hospitalist experience preferred, but not required
- Active medical license and DEA required
