Leadership Training

We believe that great teams are created by great leaders. Developing great leaders requires investment in training and education, such as the Lean Training Program. Through this program, physicians hone skills to identify areas of waste and to streamline processes. The Lean Six Sigma methodology takes into account six key actions — define, measure, analyze, improve and engage, and control — for project management success.

Our ultimate goal for our leadership training program is to turn the patient-physician interaction into an efficient and fulfilling experience.
