The Grand Opening, taking place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, will bring together community leaders, healthcare professionals, donors, volunteers, and community partners to celebrate the opening of a clinic designed to improve access to care while strengthening the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
The new clinic reflects Pioneer Medical Foundation’s continued dedication to delivering patient-centered healthcare that extends beyond the exam room. Through comprehensive medical services and meaningful community partnerships, the Foundation works to address both immediate healthcare needs and the social determinants of health, ensuring patients receive the resources and support necessary to achieve continuity of care.
