Get to Know Me
I am thrilled to join Pioneer Medical Group as a hospitalist at the new Riverview AdventHealth location, set to open its doors this upcoming October. Before pursuing a career in medicine, I gained invaluable experience in the restaurant industry, including the rewarding opportunity of opening a Sweet Tomatoes in New Port Richey, FL. This role instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to service—key building blocks for any successful career. Despite all the wonderful experiences, I always knew I was missing something so I went back to community college and that is where my career in medicine started. I went to the University of South Florida to finish my undergraduate studies and completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. I stayed local for my residency at HCA Brandon Regional Hospital and am now I am eager to start my professional career as a hospitalist with Pioneer and AdventHealth. As an immigrant, I deeply value kindness, community service, compassion, responsibility, and of course family! As such, I couldn’t be happier to have found a company whose values align so perfectly with mine. I am ready to start this new chapter, serving my community with dedication and enthusiasm. Outside of my professional life, I have a wonderful husband and a 7-year-old son, Kai. Together, we enjoy exploring new restaurants, going to the movies, traveling, playing tennis, and roller blading along Bayshore.
