Continuing Medical Education (CME)

We believe that Continuing Medical Education (CME) saves lives.

Through continued learning and development, medical professionals are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care throughout every area of patient recovery and treatment.

Why CME Saves Lives

Patient care encompasses more than the medical procedures used in general healthcare treatment. CME goes beyond the foundation of medicine to encompass a holistic approach to the entire patient care journey — from the development of customized treatment plans to the support of successful health outcomes.

CME Requirements

CME requirements will vary by state. The state of Florida requires a total of 40 hours of CME credits per license renewal cycle, with first-time license renewals only requiring a total of three hours of CME credits. These requirements will also differ for MDs and DOs, with specifications for how these credit hours are to be obtained.

CME Offerings at Pioneer
